So far...
Not just a dream...

It was always a dream for best friends, Chris Myland and Tom James, to set up a wine and gin bar. With Chris' parents having a huge interest and passion for wine, it has enabled Chris to shoot up the ranks whilst working for Majestic Wine, soon becoming store manager of the Salisbury branch. Chris has a masters in international politics and has used his interest for culture and the world to develop the menu for food and drink. 

 

Tom brings the creative and business aspects to Ginjams. With a degree in Architecture, Tom had a clear vision of the brand and interior for Ginjams from an early stage. Tom also has experience setting up successful start-up businesses and together, Chris and Tom, make a great team! 

 

Their dream has become a reality and they cannot wait to see where Ginjams will take them!

Ginjams is now in year 2 and we are off and running. we learnt a lot in year 1 and listened carefully to our customers and locals. our menu has now simplified focusing on a variety of brand new nibble dishes to accompany our wines and gins from around the world. our cheese fondue and chocolate fondue have been extremely popular and we won't be taking these off the menu anytime soon! Fondue tastes even better with gin!  

Our chooseday tuesday - gin tasting held on tuesday evenings - has been a great success hosting over 40 sessions, taking delighted customers through the world of gin. our other events including wine tasting wth solent cellar and the pudding club have also been fantastic, both sellouts. keep an eye on our events page for all our new and upcoming events, some of which will be one-offs and will sell out fast.
