Returns & Refunds

If you want to exchange or return your order, we offer a no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. Unwanted items must be returned within 28 days. Credits will be issued once we have received the goods, provided that the plastic tamper seal is intact and the labels are undamaged. Wherever possible, please repack the item in its original packaging. Please keep in mind that postage and packaging are non-refundable and must be paid for by you.

Please quote your order number and give the reason for the return.

On the rare occasion a breakage occurs or goods are faulty, we will offer a replacement or a refund on the return of the items in question. 

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you have seven business days to notify us. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@ginjams.co.uk.

Before we can arrange a collection, you will need to send us an image of the faulty item. If your return is accepted, we'll schedule a collection at a time that works for you, followed by a replacement item.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or you received the incorrect item so that we can resolve the issue.
